Corrosion control by either Grit blasting or Hydro blasting with pressure up to 40,000 psi;
Careful reassembly according to the as-built drawings provided by the client;
Subsea epoxy coating as specified by the client.

FLEXIBLE/HIGH PRESSURE HOSES
We perform a range of maintenance and inspection services on
Flexible/High pressure hoses which includes but are not limited to;
visual and NDT inspection;
Video scope inspection utilizing a viper-s system inspection unit utilizing a camera head with 1.0” diameter and an
insertion probe with 60° field of view (FOV), 0° direction of view (DOV), 12 white LEDs for illumination and water proof design;
Remedial action on the hose body to prevent major damage.
TELESCOPIC(SLIP) JOINT
We perform a range of maintenance and inspection services on
different setups of Telescopic joints which includes but are not limited to;
Complete disassembly for visual and NDT inspection;
Corrosion control by either Grit blasting or Hydro blasting
and now wet blasting with pressure up to 40,000 psi;
High pressure hydro cleaning of the Telescopic joint components;
Careful re-assembly according to the as-built drawings provided by the client and
Subsea epoxy coating as specified by the client.

Magnetic Particle inspection on rig's riser tensioner ring
We performed this operation on Pacific vessels'riser tensioner ring .Magnetic Particle Testing uses one or more magnetic fields to locate surface and near-surface discontinuities in ferromagnetic materials. The magnetic field can be applied with a permanent magnet or an electromagnet.
